TEST Employment Opportunities

Join Our Team

Would you like to make a difference in the lives of North Carolina students? If so, consider applying for a position with the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority (NCSEAA).

We are passionate about helping North Carolina achieve universal access to education, regardless of financial means. It takes many different skills to fulfil our mission, so there are opportunities to contribute in a variety of areas including IT, financial aid administration, loan repayment, legal affairs, accounting, and project management.

We are an independent state agency, with employee benefits provided by the University of North Carolina System.

Our Culture

We’re building a culture at NCSEAA where people can do their best work.

The pandemic brought changes to how and where we do our jobs, so we are transitioning to a work environment that offers on-site work arrangements and a combination of on-site and remote.

In early 2022 we will move into our new home, a facility in East Raleigh that features modern spaces and more opportunities for collaboration during on-site work.

If you would like to learn more about opportunities with NCSEAA, you can find current job openings listed below. To apply for a position, visit (LINK). More information on state employee benefits can be found on the UNC System website.

Current Employment Opportunities

NCSEAA is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, color, disability, gender identify, genetic information, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or status as a protected veteran.
