Investor Information

The State Education Assistance Authority (SEAA) acknowledges that investors in the Authority’s student loan revenue bonds and notes have played a vital role in enabling the Authority to finance and make available student loans for North Carolinians and students pursuing higher education in North Carolina. Our site provides investors with resources and reports relating to the Authority’s securities originally sold in the public markets and the underlying collateral for those securities.

The Bank of New York Mellon (and its affiliates) serves as trustee, registrar, paying agent and calculation agent for the SEAA. You may contact The Bank of New York Mellon through Ramon Olivas at (512) 236-6514 or at ramon.olivas@bnymellon.com.
