Chief Administrative Officer of SECU

Jamie Applequist began his SECU career in May 1999. He worked as a loan officer in 1999 and has served in several roles since beginning his career. Currently, Jamie serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for SECU where he works with the branch network, contact centers, financial advisory services and property management. Additionally, Jamie also proudly served in the Unites States Air Force Reserves and retired after twenty years of service in 2012.

Serving the citizens of North Carolina and beyond is a passion that Jamie has whether it is at work or in the community. In addition to serving on the NCSEAA board, he is also an active board member of NC Green Power and a commissioner of the North Carolina Credit Union Division.
