Jim Rose serves as President of North Carolina for United Community Bank. Rose is responsible for 38 full service offices with combined footings of $3 billion. In addition, Rose manages the bank’s Senior Care and Renewable Energy business units. Rose has over 35 years of experience in banking, all in North Carolina.

Rose is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors for Delta Dental Insurance of NC. He served for six years as a director for the NC Rural Center, and as Vice Chairman of the State Board of Community Colleges. Rose earned his bachelors from Wake Forest University, with honors. He also graduated from the ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown.
