Choosing a School
Choosing a School

Don’t Wait!
Choose your child’s school by August 1. The school’s payment will be delayed if a student’s school choice is not correct in MyPortal on August 1, and the Scholarship or Grant could be cancelled if you do not choose a school by October 1. Visit the Current List of Nonpublic Schools to search a list of participating schools by county. If you have questions about these deadlines, or transferring your child’s scholarship to a different school, see K12 School Choice.
How to Choose a School
- Find your school of choice in the Current List of Nonpublic Schools.
- Go to the “School Choice” section on MyPortal to choose or update the school.
Home School Students: Parents must provide a Homeschool ID number to the Disabilities Grant and Education Savings Account Programs.
